  • Add Console Users
Invite additional users to Console to help manage Vim across your organization:

    • Select Add User and enter their name and email address

    • Assign the appropriate role (e.g., Admin) based on their responsibilities

  • Configure Advanced Settings
    • Seamless Login: Automatically verify and log in EHR users without requiring additional credentials (EHR-dependent).
      • If your EHR is self-hosted, and you would like to set up SSO, you must reach out to support@getvim.com
    • Auto-Create Users: Automatically add users to the Vim platform if they have already installed Vim Connect on their devices.
    • Grant access to Clinical Data Exchange (CDE): Facilitate automatic retrieval of signed progress notes upon requests from payers or their representatives. This streamlines your workflow by reducing the need to manually pull the documentation from the EHR.
    • Vim Canvas™ Marketplace: Easily control how marketplace applications are managed in your organization.
