Follow the link in the email to: - Confirm your details - Set your password - Log in to the Vim Console ### **Step 2: Confirm & Activate** After logging in, you’ll be prompted to Confirm and Activate your account. By completing this step, you acknowledge and accept Vim’s: - **[Terms of Service (TOS)](https://getvim.com/documents/provider/)** - **[Business Associate Agreement (BAA)](https://getvim.com/documents/baa/)** - **[Privacy Policy](https://getvim.com/documents/privacy/)** ### **Step 3: Manage Users & Settings** Once activated, you’ll have full access to Vim Console and can begin managing your organization. - **Add Console Users** Invite additional users to Console to help manage Vim across your organization: - Navigate to the **Vim Connect Users** section in Console - Select **Add User** and enter their name and email address - Assign the appropriate role (e.g., Admin) based on their responsibilities - **Configure Advanced Settings** - **Seamless Login:** Automatically verify and log in EHR users without requiring additional credentials (EHR-dependent). - If your EHR is self-hosted, and you would like to set up SSO, you must reach out to [support@getvim.com](mailto:support@getvim.com) - - **Auto-Create Users:** Automatically add users to the Vim platform if they have already installed Vim Connect on their devices. - **Grant access to Clinical Data Exchange (CDE):** Facilitate automatic retrieval of signed progress notes upon requests from payers or their representatives.
