How to View an App's Ratings and Reviews
As adoption thresholds are met, Console Admins, Owners, and Vim Connect users can view an app’s installation count, ratings, and reviews from the app’s listing page in Vim’s Application Marketplace (accessible in both marketplaces - in Console and Vim Connect within the EHR workflow).
- Open Application Marketplace.
- Click on the app’s listing page.
- Select the Ratings & Reviews section.
From the Ratings & Review’s section, as adoption thresholds are met, you can view:
- Star ratings from verified Vim Connect users
- Written user reviews and developer responses
- Total installation count
How to Rate Apps and Leave Reviews in Console

Click Application Marketplace in the left navigation menu.

Select the Installed Apps tab (top right) and open the app listing you want to rate or review. At the top of the page, as adoption thresholds are met, you’ll see the app’s overall rating and total installs across Vim.

Click the Ratings & Reviews section and choose one of the following:

Write a Review, or

Select a star rating (1–5 stars) and then add written feedback.

Your review will also include the EHR vendor and practice size, as well as the role or job type of the user who submitted it.

Click submit to share the review. Written reviews shall be subject to the Vim team’s prior review before being shared with the developer.
How to Rate apps and Leave Reviews in Vim's Marketplace in Vim Connect
- Open an application within your Vim Connect Platform.
- Click Rate this app in the footer section of the app.
- Select the star that represents the rating you’d like to give the app.
- You can share your feedback in the free text field if you’d also like to leave a review. Your review will include your EHR vendor and practice size, as well as the role or job type of the user who submitted it.
- Click submit to share the review. Written reviews shall be subject to the Vim team’s prior review before being shared with the developer.
A feedback banner may also periodically be displayed at the top of an open application after you’ve actively used the application multiple times. The banner will only appear if you haven’t previously submitted a rating or review. Simply click on the banner and follow the same steps outlined above to submit the rating and share your feedback with the developer.
Developer Review Replies
The app developer may reply to your review after posting it. If they do, you will:
- Receive an email notification informing you of their reply to the review in the app listing page.
- Have the opportunity to update the rating or review if you choose.
