Understanding User Statuses

User statuses are visible in Console and indicate where a user is in their Vim Connect journey. To see current statuses of users in the organization, click on "Vim Connect Users" in the Console menu on the left.

For organizations with SSO or Seamless login methods, these are the relevant statuses: 

Created
The user account was created, but Vim Connect is not yet installed or launched.
This is the default status when an admin adds a user.

Live
The user has logged into Vim Connect within the last 30 days.

Inactive
The user previously accessed Vim Connect but has not done so in the past 30 days.

Failed Login
The most recent login attempt was unsuccessful (e.g., wrong credentials or access issue)

For organizations with a manual login method (entering a username and password or using a one time password):

Pending
The user was created but hasn’t yet set a password.

Activated 
The user set a password but hasn’t logged in.

Live
The user has logged into Vim Connect within the last 30 days. 

Inactive
The user previously accessed Vim Connect but has not done so in the past 30 days.
