      Overview

      Vim Connect is our platform—the core technology that makes all Vim applications and services available to you. It sits securely on top of your EHR and enables real-time access to clinical tools and insights—delivered directly within your existing workflow, with no need to switch systems or log in elsewhere.

      Once installed, Vim Connect activates applications, like Vim's Care Insights, eliminating the need to log in to external portals or switch systems.

      What Does Vim Connect Do?

      Vim Connect gives your EHR access to the broader healthcare ecosystem—including payer gap data, clinical insights, and other critical information needed at the point of care to improve quality and outcomes. It also supports third-party point-of-care applications.

      It empowers you to make your EHR more capable and efficient, helping streamline workflows by reducing the need to switch between portals or systems.

      You’ll know Vim Connect is active when the Vim heart icon appears inside your EHR. It will turn blue when actionable data (e.g., gaps in care, prior auth needs) is available for the patient in view.
