Deployment Options

One product, two ways to deploy: standalone capabilities, or integrated for current Care Insights users.

  • Standalone (no Care Insights data connection needed): Capture the visit, review the drafted SOAP note, and push approved documentation into the encounter.

  • Integrated (with Care Insights data connection(s)): Already on Care Insights? Scribe coordinates with it — auto-resolving Diagnosis Gaps (when enabled) and surfacing partial conditions to review as you finalize documentation.

Use Scribe on its own, or pair it with Care Insights — same price either way.

How It Works

In-chart, in real time.

  1. Record: Tap record - with patient consent - while in the encounter. The transcript builds in real time.
  2. Review & push to EHR: Review the drafted SOAP note, confirm partial conditions with the right ICD-10 codes, and push to the open encounter.
  3. Resolve: Organizations can allow for fully assessed conditions to action relevant Diagnosis Gaps automatically.
