How to Reset Your Vim Connect Password

Forgot your Vim Connect password? Follow the steps below to reset your password. 

1. Select “Forgot Password” in the Vim Connect login pop-up when first logging into the EHR.
2. Follow the prompts to send yourself a password reset email from Vim.
3. Return to the EHR and enter your new password when Vim Connect opens.
